Who it suits. Drivers who want an established insurer with a straightforward claims process and are willing to pay a little above the cheapest quote for it.
Worth knowing. As with all motor insurance, the renewal quote is frequently higher than the new-customer price for an identical policy. Insurers are no longer permitted to price renewals above equivalent new business, but shopping around at renewal is still routinely worthwhile.
